Returns &
Exchanges
Our pledge at 4knowledge-4fun.com is to sell
only new products that have not been used by others. The products you receive
from us are brand new, and are in the original packaging from the manufacturer
every time. All items sold by 4knowledge-4fun.com will have our label affixed
and this label must be intact on any items returned or exchanged.
For items that are still in the manufacturers unopened original packaging, with
tags and labels attached, we will gladly exchange or return them within 30 days
of when you received your order. Shipping charges for returned items will be
paid by the purchaser and the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund if applicable. Any item accepted for return will be issued a credit to the same
card it was purchased with.
Clearance FINAL SALE! Products
Items in the category marked Clearance FINAL SALE! are not eligible for Return or Exchange under any circumstances. Please take this into consideration before ordering and make sure you are happy with your selections.
Exchanges
For items that are exchanged, the purchaser agrees to pay for the shipping
charges to return the item as well as the new shipping charges to ship the
exchanged item back to the purchaser.

How to Return a
Product
To keep track of returns and promptly handle
replacements or credit to your card, every return received by us must have RMA
# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) which we assign when you contact
us. This number should be clearly written on the outside of the box, and the
return should also contain a copy of your invoice with the RMA# written on it
packaged inside the box. Returns will not be accepted and processed without RMA
#.
Any item returned, even if defective for replacement, must be sent back 100%
complete including the product, packaging, all manuals, and any other
documentation provided by the manufacturer, as well as our label must still be
intact.
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges unless we determine that
the product was defective or we shipped the wrong item. We highly recommend
that when sending a return, you choose a carrier that offers tracking with a
signature as proof of delivery, as we are not responsible for packages being
returned that are lost or damaged by the carrier in shipping.

was made will be noted at the end of the policy.
