Shipping Policy

All shipments sent from 4knowledge-4fun.com will be sent either UPS, USPS, or FedEx. We reserve the right to select the shipping choice that best fits the shipment size and ship to address.

Most orders that ship to the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii as well as APO/FPO will be shipped at a Flat Shipping Rate. The dollar amount used to determine shipping charges does not include sales tax or shipping charges. Our Flat Rate shipping rates are:

• An order, shipped to One Address, up to $49.99 is shipped by ground for a flat rate of $7.95
• An order, shipped to One Address, over $50 is shipped by ground for FREE! 
  

Expedited shipping methods are available for an additional cost. Once we know the Shipping Destination, what you need shipped and when you need it by, we will find Shipping Options for you. Please contact us by email or call 425-786-3807 for more information.

Please Note: For all shipments, heavy or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges. These will be reflected on your invoice at checkout when you select the shipping method prior to finalizing your order.

Please Note: Orders that require multiple shipping boxes may require additional shipping charges. You will be contacted and asked for approval before your order is processed in this instance.

 Note:  APO/FPO shipping carries restrictions governing how these shipments are handled. They must ship via USPS, have size and weight limitations, and do not follow standard shipping time estimates. The Credit Card that you use to pay for your order with must be from a US Bank for the order to process properly. Please take this into consideration when selecting this option.  Note: Alaska and Hawaii do not follow standard shipping time estimates.

We do not currently ship internationally, including Canada and Mexico.  Should this change in the future, we will update this section with the applicable shipping information.

Customers from the US Territories of American Somoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands are considered International Customers by our Mercant Account Provider. We are unable to accept and process orders from these customers at this time. Should this change, we will update this policy immediately.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible during holiday times as inventory will fluctuate and there will be increased time taken gift wrapping those packages that customers request this free service for.  4knowledge-4fun.com is not responsible for any type of loss or damage arising from a package that does not ship or arrive on a specific day or time.

Ground Shipping Time Estimates

4knowledge-4fun.com is based in Sammamish, Washington and we ship the majority of our orders from Redmond, Washington. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, with many orders shipping the same day. We will send an email to the address that was used for ordering that will state that the order has shipped and it will contain Tracking Information.

Ground Shipping Suggested Time Estimates are usually 1 to 6 business days from the time your order is shipped, depending on the delivery location. Please remember that orders received on the weekend or holidays will not ship until the next possible business day which increases the shipping time. Weather conditions, as well as unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, may delay your shipment. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. We understand how important it is for you to receive your order promptly and we will do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.


Please Note: UPS does not consider Saturday, Sunday and Holidays as standard ground shipping days. Also, the day your order is delivered to UPS for processing is not considered a shipping day in the Transit Days Estimate which is shown above. For example, if we deliver your order to UPS on a Monday and it has a 5 Transit Days Shipping Estimate, the earliest you should expect to receive it is the following Monday. Please take this into consideration when you place your order.

Please contact us or call 425-786-3807 before placing your order if the Standard Ground Transit Days Estimates shown above would not allow you to receive your order when you need it as we want the opportunity to find the best shipping options for you.

Free Local Delivery Option For Selected Cities in Washington State

Those customers who live in Sammamish, Washington and surrounding cities have the option of selecting Free Local Delivery during the Check Out process. Currently, Sammamish, Redmond, Issaquah, North Bend, Snoqualmie, Kirkland, Bellevue, Woodinville and Renton are offered the option of Free Local Delivery Service. Delivery times may vary and will be determined by our schedule, weather and traffic conditions.

To select this option, please enter your Zip Code in the "Calculate Shipping" Box in the Shopping Cart and click on "Go!". "Free Local Delivery to Select Cities - See Shipping Policy for Details $0.00" appears just below the name of the city associated with your Zip Code. Continue with the Check Out and you will notice that Free Local Delivery is highlighted and you will see that the Shipping Charge is $0.00. Once you have completed your order and check out, we will be notified of your order and payment and we will be in contact with you to coordinate delivery.

Shipping Information Updates

Revisions to this Shipping Information Policy will be made as needed. The date of the latest revision will be posted at the end of this notice.
